FULL TRACK MUSIC DOWNLOADS
Web Service to Offer More Than 400,000 Tracks
CTIA Wireless 2007, ORLANDO, FL – March 27, 2007 – Musiwave, an Openwave company (Openwave Systems Inc. NASDAQ: OPWV), and a leading provider of mobile music entertainment services to operators and media companies worldwide, today announced that T-Mobile Czech Republic selected Musiwave to provide a full-track online music store. The t-music PLAY service enables users to browse and purchase tracks which are then available for download onto a PC, for transfer to mobile devices. The service is based on a fixed and mobile converged platform, using SIM-based billing. For the first time in the Czech Republic, users can access features that enable services such as recommending and gifting tracks to their friends for both PC and mobile downloads.
The service is available on the popular Czech Republic music portal www.t-music.cz and integrated with the equally popular television and radio chart of the same name. Over the air delivery to the mobile devices will be available in the second phase of the project.

Musiwave’s service offers a catalog of more than 400,000 songs from top record labels such as Warner, EMI, SonyBMG, Universal and tracks from numerous well-known independent labels. A customized T-Mobile web store allows customers to purchase and download full tracks on their PC and transfer them to compatible mobile devices and USB MP3 players. This offering is currently available on 24 mobile handsets.
